CANCELLATION POLICY
A scheduled appointment is time that we have reserved just for you. Therefore, if you are scheduled for an appointment and need to reschedule or cancel, we require 48 hours notice.
OFFICE POLICY ON KIDS
We ask that all children be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on their first visit. This office policy ensures that we have accurate information filled out on the contact and medical forms. This also allows the dentist to discuss his/her findings and recommendations directly with the parent or guardian. We understand that it may be necessary to have someone other than the legal guardian to accompany the child at subsequent visits.
