CANCELLATION POLICY
A scheduled appointment is time that we have reserved just for you. Therefore, should you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation charge.
OFFICE POLICY ON CHILDREN
Vivant Dental sees patients of all ages. We ask that all children be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on their first visit. This office policy ensures that we have accurate information filled out on the contact and medical forms. This also allows the dentist to discuss their findings and recommendations directly with a parent or guardian. We understand that it may be necessary to have someone other than the legal guardian to accompany the child at subsequent visits.
